Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to start a formal return request.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and place it back in its original packaging with all included hardware and manuals.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional courier to collect the item from your home; for smaller decor, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
